Do you have goals? I mean, weekly goals? Do you make lists and actually follow through with those goals?
One of my favorite blogs – A Beautiful Mess – loves goals. They set weekly goals, weekly rewards and then work feverishly to complete those goals. I love how highly motivated they are. It is inspiring.
I’ve decided to make a weekly goal list for myself this week and work really hard to accomplish it. I want to target my weaknesses and areas I can improve upon. I’m going to limit myself to 5 goals, so that I have something to reach for, but I don’t want to set too high expectations. I want to achieve not JUST success, but a healthy balance as well.
1. Drink more water. I so struggle with this.
2. Daily Devotions. I’ll be using this devotional, I desperately want to make this a daily habit!
3. Listen to more music. Remember when I told you this was a struggle for me?
4. Read to Madden every day. I play with him a lot, but I yo-yo back and forth between reading a lot and not reading at all. I want to find a balance and make this a priority.
5. Blog daily.
